Realistic Murloc

I worked on this character for about a month. I finished it December last year. I am a huge fan of the World of Warcraft realm, and I came up with this idea to create a Murloc in my own style. Elden Ring's Crystal Knife played a huge role during the creation of this project because I was simply inspired by it. What I changed about the Murloc's knives to fit the overall theme was that I gave it a bit of story. These weapons are made from coral in the deepest place in the ocean.

The technical part of creating this piece is that I wanted to challenge myself and bake the textures inside of xNormal. At first it was hard to understand how this software works, but once I got used to it, it was relatively easy to use it and bake everything needed in it.

Overall, it was extremely fun and satisfying to create this creature.
